Where are your products shipped from?
Orders are dispatched from our Australian fulfillment centre for fast nationwide delivery (2–4 business days). In some cases, stock may also be shipped from international warehouses to meet demand. Either way, every order is fully tracked and covered by our AU-backed service.
How long does shipping take?
- Australia: 7-14 business days standard.
- New Zealand: 7-14 business days.
- International: Varies by region, generally 10–21 business days. Tracking details are sent to your email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
What is your return and warranty policy?
Every product comes with a 1-year warranty against defects. Our returns process is transparent and easy to access.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can monitor progress in real time. If you have questions, our support team is available through email to help.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. WAYFARE currently ships to New Zealand, Asia. Taxes and duties may apply depending on the destination. Where possible, we work with carriers to simplify customs and ensure smooth delivery.
Can I modify or cancel my order after purchase?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to update or cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After that, fulfillment may already be in progress and changes can’t be guaranteed.
How should I care for and maintain my WAYFARE bag?
Wipe clean with a damp cloth to remove dust or dirt. Avoid harsh detergents or machine washing to protect waterproofing. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. With basic care, your bag will outlast daily wear and rough conditions.
